Shared household coordination for families and domestic helpers in Singapore.
Helper is a small web app used together by a household and the domestic helper it employs. It moves daily coordination off kitchen interruptions and into one shared written record — translated, so each person reads it in their own language.
Everything in it is two-way. Every capability the employer has, the helper has as well: both can write messages, add tasks, raise requests, and read the same records.
There is no rating, score, or performance history of any person. Tasks record only whether they were done — never when, never how often they were missed. Salary records are additive only: the app cannot represent a deduction, because Singapore's Ministry of Manpower rules allow none for migrant domestic workers.
Helper uses Google Sign-In. It reads only your name and email address from your Google account — enough to know which account you are, and nothing else. Helper cannot read your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or calendar.
Signing in on its own does not put you in a household. Membership is granted only by an invite QR code, scanned in person.
